*What area do you cover?
We are based in Reading, Berkshire and we mainly service Berkshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and the Home Counties but if you are further afield we can still help you - please contact me to make arrangements
*What size area is required for the studio etc?
Ideally we need a 16' x 16' area but a minimum requirement is 10' x 14' with access to 1 or more standard 3 pin electrical socket - please remember some of your guests will be nearby viewing or waiting for photographs
*How many photographs will you take?
We usually take up to 300+ photographs but more can be taken, free of charge, if required. We will never miss an opportunity to capture the moment
*What size are the photographs and how are they presented?
Each photograph is 9" x 6" taking approximately 35 seconds to print and are presented in a professional custom mount and placed in a protective see-through envelope
*Do we have to purchase a minimum number of photographs during the event?
No we do not request that you purchase a minimum number of photographs - a number of photographs will be taken for each person or group and they are under no obligation to purchase
*How do we pay for the photographs at the event?
We carry a portable credit card facility with us or, of course, you can pay cash ... we have found in the past that people have not only purchased photographs for themselves but also purchased extra photographs to send to relatives or friends as a birthday or Christmas gift
*Are photographs available after the event?
Your event photographs will be displayed on our web site free of charge so that you or your guests can easily purchase more photographs at a later date - if required access to your photographs on our web site can be password protected giving you full control over who can view or purchase your Event photographs
*I do not wish to supply my credit card details online / I do not have a credit card - can I still purchase photographs after the event?
Yes certainly ... click the 'Click here to view your Online Photographs' box above then view the photographs of your event ... make a note of the reference number under each photograph(s) you wish to purchase ... phone us on 0118 9695952 and place your order with us and arrangements will be made for the purchase of the photograph(s) using your preferred method of payment
*How soon after the event can I buy more photographs?
Our web site is open 24/7 .... your event photographs will be displayed on our web site within 48 hours - on the menu bar click 'Online Photos' and you will be transferred to our secure server, look for your event to view the photographs - there are several ways to pay for them and all the details you will need are there - don't forget you can also buy the photographs in different sizes
*Are your photographers CRB Check approved?
Yes our photographers are CRB Check approved for your security and peace of mind
*Please Note : we DO NOT use inkjet or laser printers - we use professional Mitsubishi Dye-Sub Event printers producing photographs with a protective high gloss laminated finish which makes them water-proof
